March has been a fun-packed month here on the estate. Great weather, great parties and even a great bike race have made us smile this month.
We’ve also loved seeing your kids at play around the estate; making the most of the sunshine and endless space for riding, cycling and running around.
We’d like to take this opportunity to remind you that our Annual General Meeting is in a few days time and we strongly urge all investors & home owners to attend. The event takes place on Monday 28 March at 18h00, so don’t forget. We look forward to seeing you all there.

Dunblane Lifestyle Estates in association with Rotary Club of Benoni van Ryn, hosted the 3rd March Hare Mountain Bike Challenge on the 6th of March. The response was fantastic.

The AGM meeting at Dunblane Estates is on Monday 28 March 2011 at 18h00. Please be aware that nominations for Directors & any other related matters for submission in writing should have reached the DHOA office during the period 14th to 21st March 2011. Late submissions will not be entertained.

Dunblane Lifestyle Estates and the Rotary Club Benoni van Ryn were proud to host the annual March Hare Mountain Bike Challenge on Sunday the 6th of March. The race start and finish lines were on the estate and cyclists and supporters alike enjoyed a fun day in the sun. The winners of the 60km race won cash prizes, the 30km winners won trophy’s and medals and the 10km winners got gifts. Everyone who took part and finished received a medal. The winners in each category were:

A: We will move in towards the end of this year
Q: What is your favourite thing about living here?
A: Peaceful country style living in an excellent maintained secure, picturesque estate and nice friendly neighbours.
Q: Tell us about your most memorable family moment?
A: The day when we purchased this stand.
We love hearing about your celebrations and this month the Pienaars threw an unforgettable Birthday Bash. Marietjie Pienaar’s 40th Birthday was an Arabian Nights themed party that was set to impress! With camels giving it an authentic feel, exotically dressed guests were treated to a night to remember!
Well folks, it’s been quite a month and I’m happy to report that 3 new stands have been sold and we look forward to welcoming those families to the Dunblane Clan. I was especially happy to see enthusiastic kids on the driving range playing golf and having fun. It was great to see them there with their mom’s and dad’s too, what an excellent way to spend some quality family time in the sun while perfecting your swing.
I’ve also noticed that the helipad is being used frequently so when you decide to invest in your own chopper you’ll be ready for lift off right here at home.
Don’t forget our AGM on the 28th of March, I’ll see you there!
